I'm very satisfied with this food processor, which works perfectly and is in excellent condition (the only thing missing was the spatula, but that's no problem at all, it's a replaceable utensil compared to the others). The delivery was quick and the packaging very careful. I tested all the functions of my food processor to make sure everything was in working order, and nothing to report! As for the model, I don't have enough experience yet to give an objective opinion, but I have the feeling that it's very versatile and very good value for money. But you need to practise a lot to master it, I'm still at a beginner's stage. I particularly like the scale outside (I would have liked it less inside) because it's easy to use, but on the other hand, if the food processor is running, you have to stop it momentarily to be able to use the scale. I like the fact that this food processor is fairly basic and doesn't need to be connected to my phone.

I was disappointed to receive it with no instructions and not in its original packaging. What's more, the recipe manual had seen water as the pages at the bottom were stuck together. So I followed the instructions on websites before using it, but frankly a basic manual wouldn't be superfluous. For just one use to date ... it does the job.

Hello 👋 I'm very happy and I'm starting to get the hang of it. The only downside is that I don't know how the scale works and I didn't get the instructions in the parcel.

Quite good so far! Works perfectly! I just cleaned everything again because there were a lot of short dark hairs in the packaging.....but so the device was already clean! A cookbook was included that I could dispose of because it was in French!!!! (it would be better to include instructions in German)

The device meets all my requirements, I even think it is more sophisticated than the one we bought in Slovakia.
