During the period when I could have returned the item, your system denied that I had ordered anything so I was unable to access any advice. The first time I tried to remove the lid, a small piece of the plastic sheared off. The item came without any instructions for use or cleaning and on contacting the Zanussi helpline, I was told they no longer provided instructions for the type of device in question. Its a great idea to refurbish items, but I've been disappointed with the aftersales help, and couldn't say for sure that I'd use the site again.

Unfortunately the product came incomplete. There was a small but very significant item missing for the blender, a little rubber ring and unfortunately the whole soup is slowly running out from the bottom of the blender while mixing and leaving a whole mess on the blenders base. Customer support was great except for missing return label which made the whole process delayed and keep in mind that return policy is only 2 weeks. Thanks for support anyway!

I bought this blender January 2022, I've used few times and since automne time it stopped working. I never blended anything to big or bulky. I've spent so much many on it and I'm so disappointed that it didn't last even a year. I would say don't trust to this website. It looks they repaired it or something like this and that's why it lasted few months, such a shame.

To provide more context, I used a voucher from your referral program to order a product, which turned out to be faulty. The item was returned for repair, but instead of repairing it, the vendor issued a refund. Unfortunately, Back Market did not honor the credit, and this has left me confused and disappointed. I appreciate your prompt 24-hour response time, but I haven't received a response to my inquiry since yesterday at 11 AM. This has made me feel ignored, and it is not the kind of customer experience I expected after recommending your company to my family and friends. I am not asking for a cash payment, but I would appreciate it if you could reinstate my credit, as the product was returned and was not fixable. Therefore, I have not really used the credit at all. In the past, I have had excellent experiences with your customer service, and that's why I recommended your company to my loved ones. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly, and I would love to replace the faulty product with one that works. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This is now my second order and I'm so pleased, if you could award 10 points I would. Device in top condition, packaging slightly damaged, but who needs the packaging 😄. Top appliance 👍 I can only recommend the store to everyone. It's your own fault if you don't shop there. The photo of the blender is just wet from cleaning.

Recommended 100%, the truth I ordered with fear, but I took the risk and I'm glad. I bought the product in very good condition, for the price not the most expensive, not the cheapest. The product arrived perfectly in 3 days, although the delivery man left it with the neighbour, without prior notice. When I was testing it, it was leaking from the bottom lid, the liquid, when I disconnected it from the blender, as the glass becomes portable. I just reported it and in 3 days they sent me a new lid, the problem was that the first one didn't have a rubber gasket. But the problem was quickly fixed. The product arrived as new, with no marks, but it did not come in its original box. It didn't come in its original box, it came in a big box. I have made smoothies with frozen fruit and it blends perfectly. It also comes with a lid to cover the blades, while you are cleaning the glass. Also, if the glass is not perfectly positioned, the blades don't work, to avoid accidents. In a word, it's a blast, I'm super happy, I bought the product not to use my big blender, as it was only for my smoothies. I haven't chopped any ice yet.

I am very happy with the blender. The price was great and apart from the fact that it wasn't in its original packaging, it had all the seals, all the glue, the new smell and not a single scratch. I will definitely always buy my electronics here
