    I received my order within a couple days (I did order it in the evening so probably would've been quicker!) and to say I ordered it in fair condition I was very happy! It actually included more than I thought it would after reading the description, the only thing I needed to do was download the manual on my laptop from online! The only noticeable things was a few scratches on the drip tray and you could tell the milk jug had had some use but I think to say its refurbished and fair condition this is very good!!! I just cleaned up the jug with some stain remover and it looked brand new! and as for the scratches on the drip tray, I bought this coffee machine as an upgrade. I bought a cheap espresso machine a couple years ago so I know how easy it is to catch scratches with the drip tray so this didn't bother me because I thought I was probably going to end up getting a few accidental scuffs on it myself!     OK I will be honest, I was dubious about buying anything that has been refurbished, period. But, I have to state, that in this case, my worst fears were NOT realised. I ordered the, Sage Barrista Express coffee machine on the (very good grade), from the site and what a great buy it has turned out to be. Firstly, it arrived within 1 day following my ordering it. Then the big surprise started, which was that I was expecting the machine to be functional and clean, and with any loose items or accessories in a bag or box of their own. NO, I swear that what I got was a brand new machine, properly boxed and packaged, in a Sage, branded package, which looked liked it had never been opened, all the accessories were in their own Sage branded boxes, and the whole thing was just totally unexpected. The Sage machine it's-self, looked brand new to me and I could not find a mark on it. As to the product, it works great with no issues, so, for what is a refurbished model, thumbs up for a great job guys.
