    Unfortunately the product came incomplete. There was a small but very significant item missing for the blender, a little rubber ring and unfortunately the whole soup is slowly running out from the bottom of the blender while mixing and leaving a whole mess on the blenders base. Customer support was great except for missing return label which made the whole process delayed and keep in mind that return policy is only 2 weeks. Thanks for support anyway!

    Glass can I a piece of broken off. According to the description, only the packaging would have been opened and slightly damaged. Disappointed
