The device is pretty much 'as new'. If it wasn't for the packaging I would have thought it was brand new. However, the cable for the charger does not work with the phone. The end that is inserted into the phone is not the right shape and is only half in and therefore does not work. This is somewhat disappointing, but as I had a cable already, is not the end of the world.
