My first venture into refurbished technology and I'm glad I did. First of all, great delivery time. I unboxed the phone and was impressed with the quality. I transferred all my data from my A14 and was impressed with the z fold 5 from the start. If ever I need another phone,Back Market will be my first port of call.

Item was exactly as described; competitively priced and works well. Set up from old phone (went Apple to Android) was extremely straightforward and I lost no data or apps. My biggest gripe is simply that since Samsung had released a later model, finding cases in physical stores was almost impossible, so bought a case blind online.

Overall the device was in great condition even for it being described as "good". There were a couple of really minor scratches that you would really need to inspect closely to even notice they exist, so it was great for the price that I got it at. What I didn't like though, was that the internal screen protector was removed at some point during the refurbishing or perhaps the previous owner did it. It's what you get for the price I guess, but what I would have liked is a small note warning me about it, then I can decide whether I care or not to get a protector.

This phone was bought for my wife. She was extremely happy with it. I must add that I was a bit sceptical, but when it came in the post and I saw it I was very surprised. No scratches and it was in perfect condition. No complaints. Will definitely buy again.😁

My new phone is wonderful! It arrived on time, at exactly the quality I ordered it at. If the seal wasn't broken on the original packaging I'd have thought this was a completely new phone fresh out of the factory!

Excellent quality! I thoroughly enjoyed purchasing a "fair" rated Z Fold 5 from them. While there were minor scratches on the cover, the inner display was flawless. The hinges and overall functionality are perfect, and the battery is outstanding—lasting a full day even with heavy usage. Amazing job, truly deserving of a 5/5!
