I was worried about phone because spending money in refurbished phone make more risky, this is 3rd time I'm buying product from here my experience was on 2time while buying watch was really bad but this time when i got my z fold in my hand it as incredible and i notice only 1 minor and vere very tiny 1 scratch on scree but i was not much visible until you see deeply rest of other things were like brand new so happy still using phone with no issues.

I love this phone. I ordered the "fair" condition version but I would say it's in a "good condition" as there was only a minor scratch on the screen that is hardly noticeable. Delivery was quick too, ordered on the Sunday evening and it arrived Tuesday morning! Cant complain, would buy a reconditioned phone again in the future.

unbelievable quality purchase I selected excellent condition, cannot see how Premium could be any better absolutely pristine, not a mark, scratch or blemish anywhere on the device came with a new cable and a SIM ejection tool only thing missing was the original packaging but for a £800 saving, I'm happy to live without a bit of cardboard 🤣 don't believe I will buy new again, what's the point ! great service, highly recommend

Sent old phone back as a trade in but wasn't offered as much as estimated therefore it was posted back to me free of charge.
