I had never used back market my self, so i was doubious But i found a great deal on paper, so wanted to see what arrived, what was in the box was much better than expected, phone looked like new minor scuff on casing. screen was in great condition. i did notice the reception on the phone is lower than on my Oneplus, same spot same network. changing to 4G instead of 5G did improve things. but the phone works so not much of an issue. So good experience so far. I am curious as to where my insurance documents are for the phone when i placed the order. other than that im happy with the purchase and the price.

When trying to repair it I was told it would be £300 hence I thought I would get a mobile phone instead. the phone is crystal clear and very responsive, Downside is the charge lead does not charge the phone i had to buy a new one. also, could you tell me where i can buy a handbook. other than that i give the phone 10/10. thankyou.

I have had my reservations about back market. Decided to give them a try & I have no regrets at all. The phone is in excellent condition. I wanted to try a flip phone without paying extortionate price or having to get a contract out. Plus back market is on Clearpay,so I can pay instalments,which is a bonus. Would use again & I’m looking at getting a fold next. Honestly,give them a try,you won’t be disappointed!
