    Delivery excellent! But I have to admit I have not yet opened the parcel. This will be my first Smart Phone and I have been dreading having to get to grips with it - it all looks so complicated. My son has promised to help me but I don't get to see him a lot and will have to wait until he comes to rescue his poor old mum! His experience with your company has always been good which is why he recommended you. It's just my fear of the unknown which is holding me back for now. Thank you.

    So far so good. It was a present for my partner so I am waiting for feedback when she receives it on her birthday. I had a quick look and charged it up. Seemed OK. I gave 4 stars for packaging as it was wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a paper envelope. No box. It did arrive without an S pen but Back Market sorted that out.
