    I was a little disappointed but does not affect the usage and generally does the job. The iPad was packaged well and delivery very quick, however, I was surprised to receive it with a very dirty screen so was worried what I would find once cleaned? The screen was fine once cleaned the edges of the iPad were a little more damaged than I would expect for the description ‘excellent’

    Delivery excellent! But I have to admit I have not yet opened the parcel. This will be my first Smart Phone and I have been dreading having to get to grips with it - it all looks so complicated.     Well where do I start? The iPad was bought for my son I let it charge the whole day he goes on it it works for a few minutes and then switches off. I don’t understand what’s wrong with it. I don’t know whether to ask for a refund or ask to exchange, but I need help in knowing the procedures in doing this not really satisfied.

I gave 4 stars for packaging as it was wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a paper envelope. No box. It did arrive without an S pen but Back Market sorted that out.
