The Samsung S8 phone is fully ripped from all sides, except the bottom side. It was meant to be in an "Excellent" condition. The battery is not charging normally, and went down from 35% to 1% in a couple of minutes. What a terrible product. I needed it for to demo my app at an event on Monday, and now I am doomed! Backmarket, please remove this supplier from your list, they will only damage your reputation. Overall a very bad experience from Backmarket!

Sent a locked phone, which had been bought on the explicit understanding the phone was unlocked. The phone cannot be connected to the network without the PUK code, which I then asked for but then was not given. Very disappointing.

J'ai commandé ce téléphone en 2019, après plusieurs années d'utilisation (environ 5ans), j'ai cassé une partie de l'écran ! Il est donc temps de passer sur un modèle plus récent. Je recommande les yeux fermés l'achat d'appareil reconditionné sur cette plateforme !

Es un dispositivo pequeño para mi madre. Por ahora funciona correctamente. Lo tiene en funcionamiento 10 días y sin problemas. Batería bien y funcionamiento fluido a la hora de utilizarlo. Ojo!! Destaco que el botón lateral que enciende el dispositivo llegó descolocado. Tuve que introducirlo dentro del terminal. Realmente ignoro si dará problemas en un futuro.
