Galaxy S23 Ultra 1000GB - Lime - Unlocked

This is the second time I've purchased a refurbished phone from back market. My S20+ lasted years, but after I dropped it the usb and sim card slot stopped working, so I decided it was time for an upgrade. The S23 Ultra arrived in perfect condition, not a single mark on it. The battery life is great. It doesn't heat up during intensive use like my old S20 either. The optional insurance is brilliant too, it takes the worry away if anything happens to the phone. I would definitely purchase from Back Market again, and I recommend them to everyone I know looking for a new phone. I do have it in a robust case to protect it from any accidental drops. The second picture shows it next to my old S20+ for size comparison.

Bought this to replace an accidentally smashed Galaxy S20 Ultra for my daughter. She is delighted with the phone, looked brand new and works perfectly fine; was able to transfer all the data from her old Samsung straight across to it, without a hitch! Thank you!

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra arrived very fast. I ordered the one in fair condition, but it is in pristine condition! Runs fast and smooth, cameras are great. The lenses are like new. You can see on the images. I am very happy with a purchase!

I would tell you if I had received a Galaxy S23 Ultra but I didn't, I received a Galaxy S22 Ultra. I paid for the 23 Ultra but the 22 Ultra is £100 less so the bottom line for me is that I'd like a refund of £100. There is no customer service line operating so that I could speak to someone about this issue so I've had to wait until a "Please review your back market item" email appeared in my inbox. I am fed up of answering the "bot" questions/statements and getting nowhere fast. I have the S22 Ultra up and running and I'm happy with it, it is pristine which I required and as a HGV Driver I need a phone permanently 24/7 so sending it back and waiting for a replacement or refund isn't a viable option for me. I would just like back market to read this review and reimburse me £100. In respect of the purchase process, backmarket were very efficient in their communication throughout the process and the phone (albeit the wrong one) was received in pristine condition and well within the delivery time frame stated. I have absolutely no issues with backmarket save the simple error of sending the wrong phone hence the 3 out 5 star rating. I have used backmarket a few times before, I think this is my 3rd phone and never had an issue in the past. Always the service provided was exemplary. That said, I don't intend to relinquish this phone as, as I've already stated, I need a phone 24/ 7 for work. If I am not able to receive my £100 reimbursement then I probably would look elsewhere the next time I want a phone. I don't say all this to determine others from buying or selling with backmarket as they do provide an outstanding service generally and my phone error is more than likely a genuine mistake - but I'm still £100 out of pocket!

recieved my s23 ultra was like taking a brand new phone out the box no marks or scratches on the screen or back very happy with it would highly recomend and would buy again in the future .Oh forgot to say i orderd purple but got red but i dont mind i like the red arrived well packaged and on time .

I ordered fair condition of Galaxy S23 Ultra in purple , and it arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described. The color is beautiful, the phone looks and works like new, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Definitely happy with the quality and service!

Shipping was a pain as the parcel was being shipped from one depot to another but after long shipping time and a wait it finally reached my hands and I haven’t looked back it’s the best device at the best price quality 10/10 speed 10/10 you would have thought I bought it brand new definitely recommend it to anyone on a budget Great work again backmarket
