In reference to my recent purchase, I had anticipated receiving the original packaging as I had selected the "excellent" condition option. However, I was disappointed to find that the phone arrived in a damaged box with a "healthy food" sticker attached to it. The only protective packaging was a single layer of bubble wrap, and some brown wrapping which is insufficient for ensuring the safety of the device during transit. Despite these concerns, I am pleased to report that the phone itself appears to be in excellent condition, with only a minor blemish on the top right corner. The screen is pristine and free of any scratches. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and would consider purchasing from Back Market again in the future. Phone in great condition. First time buyer. Very pleased with my purchase. The phone did not come in the original box/packaging but not really important. The only sign of usage was a bit of grime at the top (front) inside the crevice between the screen and the frame. Just needed some cleaning, that's all. Received in excellent condition, couple of weeks ago. Packed well but packaging was damaged so was expecting the worst. But no, all good. I took a long time to choose, wanted one that took good photos especially for diving! Haven't been able to test that yet. But pleased with the phone overall. Service by Back Market was great. Really happy with the phone and the quality of the refurb. There are very minor nicks and scratches on the sides that appear on any phone after minimal use even with a case, so that's to be expected.
