After having a blue phone sent instead of a purple one for my daughters birthday, they offered a exchange, but we settled with a £15 refund to buy her a phone case in purple. So happy daughter happy days.

Delivery was very fast and the phone arived in the excellent condition that was expected. After a while of use I can say that it is in perfect working order and the battery life is better than expected. Overall a great experience.

Phone arrived before going through QC but I received a return label and had the phone back all shiny and ready to go within a couple of days, so far I'm more than happy with my purchase and would recommend Back market to friends looking for a new device,

The phone condition itself is fantastic, no scratches, no problem physically. the problem occurs with the internal/software side of things. Despite the phone being 120hz, the phone feels slow (and yes I changed settings ti get 120hz). it also feels like there is a delay in touch; as if it lags behind. response time is disappointing.

Was a bit unsure about using Back Market but downloaded the App and made sure I checked (and double checked reviews) I wanted a phone in excellent condition and was surprised at how cheap it was. Don't get me wrong I could have saved £100 if I'd gone for just fair. I paid by credit card (just in case)Samsung s phone arrived today. 3 days earlier than expected ,result!!. I can honestly say I can't see a thing wrong with it, it looks brand new. So 10/10 It won't be the last time I use them
