This phone was described as 'mint' and it was exactly that - perfect in all respects, without a mark on it. I was pleasantly surprised to receive almost all the original accessories - ultrafast charger, USB C to C lead, USB C headphones - in fact the only thing missing was the SIM tray pin!! The phone arrived in a sealed box that was exactly right for the phone. It had what looked like a Samsung security seal on it. There was no barcode / IMEI info on the box. Once inside, the phone was really well presented and came with the right shipping scratch protectors on both sides. The front one had been removed at some time and replaced; the back one was factory fresh. To be clear, these are the shipping sheets, not a 'proper' screen protector (which the phone doesn't really need because it's made from something like Gorilla Glass 5000). Overall, my experience of buying via Backmarket was great and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants a straightforward, good value deal with no surprises.

like many others i was a bit apprehensive in purchasing a used mobile. read the reviews so thought id go for it. i chose a S20 in Good condition. the mobile arrived promptly and to my surprise iit was as described. barely noticeable mark on the back of the phone, tbh i was expecting more scratches etc. i have used it for a week and so far so good. i will defo be using Back Market again for future purchases saving the Planet and my Pennies. lol
