Needed to up grade from Samsung a12. However didn't want to spend, money on a new phone. So went for refurbished Samsung S20 128GB. No issues in ordering from black market, process was straight forward. Phone arrived very quickly, well packed. On opening the phone it looks new, can not find any marks or blemishes. So yes very pleased with my phone. Most likely be back, next time i need to change my phone. Thanks to al at BM..

So far so good, I chose a good condition Galaxy S20 5G and received it the day after. It looked almost new with only one barely discernable mark on the case, and appears to be working fine so far. I spent some time trying to find out if I could use mt existing fast charger as Samsung seem to want you to only use their charger. It would be good if Back Market gave some guidance on chargers as they don't supply them with the reconditioned phones.

I am over the moon with this S20 phone. I was a little worried before I bought it, because it is second-hand. But Back Market have done an amazing job at refurbishing it. It honestly is superb.

I bought this phone for my son for Christmas. He didn't even realise it was refurbished. The only give away was lack of Samsung box. The phone is in PERFECT order, looks brand new and I have one happy son. happy days. 😁
