Like others, I was pretty skeptical when searching this site. I usually use Music Magpie, but they didn't have what I was looking for and their prices were higher. I did my research and read the reviews and took the plunge. My phone turned up really quick and as well packaged. It was in pristine condition too! Overall a really good service and will definitely use again and recommend.

I ordered it as excellent condition.Turned up and like brand new. I was abit skeptical with all this reused stuff, but the phone has been brilliant so far and the ordering, delivery and communication from backmarket has been spot in. Will be using again at some point for Wife's phone.

had the phone for just over a week. Delivered next day in time slot advised. Two very,very small marks on the side , covered by phone case and probably caused by a phone case , no other defects though the description was excellent, not a huge issue.Tried to find any underlying faults, nothing found yet. Battery life is excellent with heavy use to yry everythingout,i would say as new expectations. Could not be happier,great experience all round.
