Arrived the next day, I chose the excellent condition and normal battery option. The phone looks absolutely brand new, battery life is perfect. Feels like an absolute steal! Like having a brand new phone but no where near the price bracket. Would 100% recommend and will never spend full price on a brand new phone from the high street ever again

Maybe I need a pristine battery rather than the "good" one I got (80% of brand new charge holding). Overall very happy to have done right by the environment.
