Galaxy S10+ 128GB - Red - Unlocked

I'm very pleased with my phone. It's a backup phone, so I am not using it to make calls from at the moment. However, it was very easy to copy my settings etc from my original phone. The company that supplied my phone let me know they didn't have the colour I'd requested. However, they were able to make up for it by providing me with wireless earpods, fitted a screen protector, plus phone case, all free of charge. Very happy with my purchase.

This is my 3rd Mobile phone from Backmarket and I have Never had a bad experience. I dropped my Samsung S10+ and replaced it a couple of weeks ago for the same model as I like it and I can use my SD card in it. I bought a 'fair' one and I was a bit worried, however, it looks brand new! Not a scratch on it and I am delighted! I always recommend Back Market to friends and family and will always use them. The phonelooks brand new, you can hardly see any scratches. It works well and has a good battery life despite the fact that I chose the fair option. The only downside was it came locked do I had a somewhat hard time unlocking it but it's overall, it's really worth it. Been using it for 3 weeks now. I'd recommend Back market anyday to anyone.

This is more a gripe with the supplier than Backmarket, but also that there needs to be a hakfway house between keep and return, namely partial refund. I chose condition 'good' meaning not a scratch to the glass, yet the glass had 2 very clear deep scratches. The supplier may have attempted to disguise this fact by placing an ineffective (from a touch screen perspective) glass screen protector which, once removed, revealed the 2 deep scratches. This was the second order. 1st was not delivered (from a different supplier) and refund sorted, but the screen of my wife's then current phone was rendering it increasingly impossible to use, and so we progressed to transfer everything to the new phone. I naturally sought recompense to reflect the standard of the phone, rather than order yet another phone, undertake another transfer and then return the one we have.
