I love my new phone but to be honest it should have been advertised as fair ,it was a bit more scratched than I expected but a phone case hid that and the battery life is not brilliant but it’s a cool way to get a better phone without having to take out a second mortgage so I’m quite happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend any one thinking about getting a reconditioned phone,overall I’m happy

I purchased this S10 to act as a backup for my S10+. It quickly copied all of the main phone's data and apps. Now, should anything happen to the S10+, I can use the S10 to lock it, freeze bank accounts and cards and even erase it's contents. For a small price it's great peace of mind.

Nice phone,shocked to discover how much more expensive they are from other sellers! A bargain. One small complaint-full charge does not last long.... Maybe I need a pristine battery rather than the "good" one I got (80% of brand new charge holding). Overall very happy to have done right by the environment.

Arrived the next day, I chose the excellent condition and normal battery option. The phone looks absolutely brand new, battery life is perfect. Feels like an absolute steal! Like having a brand new phone but no where near the price bracket. Would 100% recommend and will never spend full price on a brand new phone from the high street ever again
