5/5I'm very pleased with my phone. It's a backup phone, so I am not using it to make calls from at the moment. However, it was very easy to copy my settings etc from my original phone. The company that supplied my phone let me know they didn't have the colour I'd requested. However, they were able to make up for it by providing me with wireless earpods, fitted a screen protector, plus phone case, all free of charge. Very happy with my purchase.

I dropped my Samsung S10+ and replaced it a couple of weeks ago for the same model as I like it and I can use my SD card in it.
