I had an issue with the first one & the phone was replaced with the least amount of hassle, with the most extensive, complete & fantastic customer service. Excellent from start to finish. Also, I got insurance with them which is extremely difficult to get elsewhere for a second hand phone. I cannot recommend Backmarket.co.uk enough.

Outstanding service from start to finish! From the moment I made the purchase until delivery, everything was seamless. The phone is in excellent condition, and everything functions perfectly. The only downside is the preinstalled apps from Three, which can be quite a hassle to disable.

I was very disappointed since I bought this phone which was rates excellent however it had a pretty obvious defect which could have been easily spotted by the technicians and fixed before shipping. They charging port was damaged and it doesn't hold the charger inside. I was however refunded but this has resulted in loss of time as the process of sending back the device takes about a week to complete and it takes up to 5 days for money to reflect back into your account.

The Mobile is in mint Condition.I ordered one in " Good Condition". I wasnt expecting such a mobile to be honest, though the back casing is Renewed its not the orignal one, still the phone is upto the mark. I am happy.
