    I am so very pleased with this purchase. There was no hassle ordering, the only hassle I had was deciding which one to finally order 😅. This feels like a brand new phone, works like a dream and looks damn good! My daughter was gushing on about how nice the phone is, when I told her I got it from BackMarket, she was surprised and said that she had heard about them but didn't trust ordering anything.     Really like the app and how fluid everything is with the communications. The only thing wrong is the lazy couriers at the end of your supply chain. £300+ item was delivered to the wrong street address with a one click reveal picture by DPD. This is not on with the monetary value of the product.. I would change to special delivery by Royal mail. Some couriers are destroying businesses due to culturally not being of the same moral decency.
