Arrived in a clean good condition than I expected. Free case and screen protector is definitely a plus!. Everything works perfect. Great deal. I wish they could add a longer 2m usb c wire though. Overall, happy with packaging and delivery time. Good price for a Samsung Note 20. Will definitely buy again from Backmarket!

One word: delighted! My phone was in, in my opinion, as-new condition. Even though I had not selected that option on purchase. Unexpectedly it came with a clear gel case and screen protector. Plus it arrived ahead of schedule. Data transfer was seamless with the included cable. 5 star rating.

Arrived on time. Clean as new. My grandson could nit tell it's refurbished. Very happy with it. Very clean and efficient.

Physical condition was excellent and like new as advertised, battery very good. Only criticism is that the S Pen accessory specific to this range has been replaced with a cheap third party one by the previous owner, I don't know if that is part of the checks done.
