was looking for new phone had look on back market and brought Samsung A55 after reading reviews phone came quickly in an original box which still had sealed labels on so I'm taking it is a new phone works perfectly lot quicker than my old Samsung A21s and lot cheaper than buying it full price from O2 would definitely use back market when I need a another new phone 100% recommend

This is the first time purchasing with trading in my old mobile phone. The whole process was straightforward, Back Market supplies the return envelopes/packaging to return trade in item. Back Market kept me updated with every step of the way throughout the transaction. I prefer Samsung phones and I’m enjoying using my new to me A55. My only quibble is android auto app seems to be intermittently working, which is annoying. However A55 is otherwise working well. I would recommend purchasing from Back Market-Great that tech can have another lease of life!

I read quite a few reviews before deciding to use Back Market. My existing phone needed replacing, and I couldn't justify the price of a brand new one. So, I did my research and plumped for this A55 in lemon. It arrived super quick and in excellent conditions, so good that I can't tell if it was used or new. The phone is a great update to my previous Samsung A22. I will definitely use Back Market again.

Never bought a refurbished phone before and was a bit wary but the phone was as described and in excellent condition. Very happy with the service and quality of goods supplied.

It's still early days, but looking good so far...Battery life is OK but not great. It's an upgrade from my old model, so it's much better than before. Occasionally, the screen has a 'moment' when it doesn't respond straight away, but it is not significant enough to be a concern. I just realized that it doesn't have a 'scam caller block' feature...:(. The front-screen fingerprint is working great, and overall, I am very pleased with the phone. I would recommend this model.

I have had the handset for about 2 weeks now, the phone arrived in an original box with factory plastics around it. I would deem it a "new" phone. Everything works perfectly and as it should. Sent my old phone in aswell and the process was incredibly simple. I will be definitely buying again and I can't recommend it enough
