Absolutely dreadful. 1 star isn't low enough to describe how awful this transaction was. 1st - they sent the wrong phone. 2nd - it arrived with screen burn not in perfect condition as advertised. 3rd - on charging it set off its own alarm to tell you it was going to catch fire and it smelled of burning. 4th - customer services, begrudgingly, gave me my money back. Nothing else. No money off. No discount. No good will gesture. Nowt other than an 'nevermind' attitude. Essentially Back Market are happy with vendors selling dangerous electronic goods likely to cause fire. The trading standards department might not be as happy though.......

I have had this phone in the past and the camera has obviously been changed with a camera with really bad quality by the seller. I am unhappy with that and also the battery gets really hot quickly it is like a five year old phone. A complete rip off at 150 quid.
