I've bought this phone as a cheap alternative to others nowdays and I was really surprised. The phone was so cheap but like brand new, not even a scratch visible. The phone looks and feels incredibly good, it's not that heavy, shiny screen, good specs and memory. I'm really happy with this purchase.

my phone was the Fair condition level. I was very happy with it. it arrived very quickly. After a several minutes I had downloaded all the latest Android updates and patches. It is now running the latest version.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxay A33 in fair condition and it looks practically brand new apart from tiny scratch on the side. I had a few tething problems with it and I can't seem to bring my photos from my old broken phone, but I think that's me being old and a technophobe lol. Otherwise I'm happy with it.

I am extremely happy with the A33 I ordered. Looked brand new with no marks on it at all. I will definitely use again if I ever need a phone in the future. It arrived the next day aswell. Great service

Excellent service! I'm fairly clueless about tech stuff and a while back got talked into an upgrade that I hated while in a store. I ended up going back to my old phone and just left the new one sitting in a drawer! I was so happy to be able to trade it in and be able to select a phone that actually suited my requirements. I loved all the clear info on site and how quickly my new phone was sent to me. The payment for my old one took a little while to come but the communication was good, so I didn't worry.
