Order twice through back market. First phone was supposed to be unlocked but wasn't so had to be sent back and refunded. 2nd order phone broke within a month. Screen became totally blank. Back marker insisted we remove the PIN on the phone, which we couldn't due to the fact there was no display and refused to repair or replace unless we did. Took far longer to respond /tell us/return the phone than the 3 days promoted. Totally gaslight by the 'chat'. Do not recommended and am very dissatisfied

I ordered an "excellent condition, dual-sim, 64GB" Samsung Galaxy a30s. All was going well.... Until i received the product. I opened the SIM tray and it was only one slot - the second SIM slot was blocked off. I paid an EXTRA £13.87 especially for the model with the dual SIM otherwise i could have browsed for other models at a lower price/better functionality. I tried the "ask for help" tool but it was unhelpful and no categories were available relevant to my issue. I have attempted to email the two addresses ("crm-team" and hello @backmarket.com and surprise surprise, those addresses do not work or are autmoated to not accept incoming mail. So now I am considering my legal options vis-a-vis consumer rights and MIS-SELLING. If customer support are reading this - I suggest you to contact me to resolve the situation and improve your ratings.
