Very simple purchase process, lots of choices and phone is in good condition. I can't comment on the returns process as I didn't use it.

Bought phone for my wife so have not used it myself. The phone looks OK and my wife has not complained. Too early to form a view on battery life or longer term reliability of the phone. Hence the initial purchase price was very good, but the longer term value remains uncertain at this time.
