The phone was in perfect condition - even better than expected, couldn't even tell it was refurbished. Excellent value for money - works perfectly, delivery was quick and overall very satisfied. Will consider using BM again.

Refurbished mobile arrived promptly and in excellent condition . transfer of apps and contacts from old phone very straight forward as was transfer of existing number. Transferring WhatsApp history was more challenging but worked in the end. Overall, I am delighted with the new phone.

Condition was graded as fair, I personally think it was excellent. Phone is in 100% working condition and all you could ever expect from a refurbished phone. I can thoroughly recommend BackMarket for quality electronic goods.

Overall the phone is Ok. Shipping was quick and the packaging was nice though it doesn’t come in a original box. The only negative is that the battery doesn’t last. It drains so quickly which is not expected to a phone rated as excellent. The battery is disappointing
