    The laptop is great. The only slight bit of damage/sign it isn't brand new is a small dent in the lid. Otherwise the condition is fine. I bought excellent condition.

    I bought and paid for a 15" surface laptop. what I received was a 13" so I have sent it straight back. I find it hard to believe a professional tech refurbishment company would not know the difference between 15" and 13" so I assume this was a deliberate ploy to con me.
