    The condition of the keyboard is very good for the price paid, and for the grade (Good) delivery was nice and quick with no hassles. The only possible minor quibble was the box used to ship it in was massive, other than this really small thing everything was perfect.

    This review is for backmarket as much as the seller. I’ve complained for a couple of weeks but telhe resolution to the problem was poor. Long story short I ordered a keyboard that had Touch ID advertised. I got one without it. As it happened twice This makes me suspect Backmarket and it’s sellers are knowingly refurbishing old products and advertising them as newer ones. Backmarket showed very little empathy on the seriousness or knowledge or the trade descriptions act. My trust and loyalty to them has been damaged a lot

    Incorrect keyboard was sent without touch ID as advertised. Backmarket apparently looking in to this but it does feel dodgy when you are not sent what was advertised
