I’ve had the laptop for just over a week now and it’s running well! I bought it in ‘good’ condition and received it with a couple of slight dents on the bottom and some light scratching but nothing major

Customer service is shocking! Item came dirty and damaged, so I returned for an exchange and was sent back the exact same item. So I then returned for a refund, however when I went to repurchase the item price had increased by £175, so ultimately I was inconvenienced waiting on my item by an extra couple of weeks as well as being an extra £175 out of pocket, and all customer service could offer me was a measly 5% off! Completely failed to address the issue, as well as massively increasing the inconvenience caused. I was previously a repeat customer and loyal to BackMarket, but this experience has left a seriously bad taste in my mouth. Additionally, I was not even provided a full refund!

Mac book is good at the right condition I have pay for. The only matter is that the charger (looks brand new) has a malfunctioning didn’t charge sometimes and I have to replace it with a new one. I think it’s a bad luck.
