Very bad experience!! I don’t recommend this. We bought a “excellent “ condition Mac book pro that came with no battery at all!! After several intents we finally send it back and when we received it again, it came with a protected password and I was forced to erase it all. No help or compensation from customer service. Will for sure buy new next time or from Apple refurbished

** WARNING ** you are about to join a long queue of frustrated customers. I have had multiple horrific experiences with Backmarket and lost so much time setting up laptops that then failed, lost the use of apps with limited number of installs because so many devices had to be returned, and wasted so much time trying to get any sense out of the team that failed to resolve any issues, beyond empty polite formulas. i find that Backmarket failed on several occasions to provide devices with satisfactory specs and acceptable quality as paid for, provided devices that failed very rapidly, and were unable to make repairs on any of the devices i have had to return, failed/refused to provide suitable replacements even when matching specifications were available - using excuses every time. Blackmarket has repeatedly failed to fulfil all claims and promises set out on their website. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration, stay away.

The product are so nice, good quality and saved. The battery are 50% but for the price is ok 👍 very recommend !!!

The delivery was quite fast, but how can you sell a product in such a condition? Laptop arrived here and you could see immediately that the batteries were swollen. Just like the system, laptop switches on and then immediately switches off again. Very disappointing. One thing is certain, this product was not tested before sale. Then you press help and you are just as smart as before. We needed the laptop immediately and had to pay additional repair costs because we couldn't wait a week for the laptop, so we had to repair it here immediately. Very disappointing and would never buy anything here again. I have never really experienced anything like this before.
