The refurbisher sent an item that wasn’t as described. Cosmetic condition not “excellent” arrived with dents, nicks and scratches, wrong spec, no discreet GPU, US keyboard configuration etc…so I had to send it back. Back market said they could offer me a 5% discount code for the inconvenience. All a waste of time really.

"Very good" is not accurate. Sticky space bar (clearly not tested) Significant dents and scratches visible from 'more than 20cm away' Blending the quality of the product and shipping into an overall rating is also not great. Doesn't matter if its packed well and shipped on time if item is not as described.

I ordered a Macbook Pro mid 2015 wjth superior DG (discrete Graphics) model (AMD Radeon). I was shipped the lower spec IG (integrated Graphics) model (Intel Iris Pro). Also — It got shipped a compatible not genuine charger that needed a travel adapter which was not advertised — The condition was not as specified I was really relying on this machine and now need to wait another week. Fingers crossed this gets sorted properly
