I find it good, should not be so worried about the battery performance as its a refurbished model. But it works great !

The laptop received for the first time was in pristine condition, with no visible issues. Although, the configuration didnt match wrt the CPU, which I believe was a genuine error. The customer service was outstanding and return process straightforward and smooth. I was sent back a replacement whith a better configuration and the condition of the laptop was as good as the first one if not better. Really happy with my experience

I’ve had this laptop 1 month now and it’s given me no problems at all! It came 100% perfect and the ‘Excellent’ condition is exactly what they say. I previously bought the same laptop from CEX a week beforehand, in which I was sold a broken laptop. Back Market will be my go to place for technology moving forward, and even though this is my first purchase, I vouch for the quality of my sale based on this experience.

It’s a good laptop, I was very weary buying a refurbished one at first but it’s good quality, I’ve had it for two weeks and not too bad so far, the only fault I have with it is that when I’m full screen on Netflix or YouTube it has a pretty glitchy screen, it’s not too noticeable and I can tune it out but I honestly can’t be bothered to wait a week or more to get that part repaired, otherwise everything is perfect and I would still definitely recommend it to a friend

I am delighted with my purchase. The MacBook came in excellent condition, just as described. Well packed with accompanying accessories (Charger). I had to wait a month to rate this order and it’s been sunshine so far. However the cable that came with the MacBook was not compatible, and it wasn’t charging when it arrived. £20 investment on a new cable and it’s been happy ever after. I bought a similar MacBook from another refurbisher on BackMarket and I had to return it, however this refurbisher renewed my faith in Back Market, Overall satisfied with my purchase.

This is my second time buying a second hand MacBook. My first experience was awful (not from Back Market) and I didn’t want to buy second hand again, however stumbling across the reviews for this website I thought I will give it a chance. I bought a MacBook Pro 2019 and I decided to pay a little extra for a near new condition laptop and I honestly could not tell this is a second hand laptop. It works amazingly with no faults so far. I am extremely impressed and will definitely be recommending this website for second hand tech. Thank you Back Market for restoring my hope back into recycling 😊
