I ordered the MacBook Pro 16” M1 Pro 1TB 16GB RAM in Excellent Condition, And BackMarket did NOT disappoint!! The MacBook Arrived in it’s original Apple Box, the MacBook AND the chargers all still with the original Apple packaging! The MacBook itself had absolutely no signs of previous use, it’s like someone bought it from apple and left it in the box with the exception of the instructions being removed from the box and a hole being cut in the box for an extra charger! Which isn’t an issue for me at all!! I wasn’t sure if it WAS actually used in the past so I had a look through the settings to see how many battery Charge Cycles it had previously and it only had 2!!! And one of them was me because it was on charge as i was looking! So I am absolutely delighted, Basically brand-new and all for the price of a refurbished MacBook!! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Well recommended!

I ordered a Late 2021 MacBook Pro 16" M1 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD in Excellent Condition. The process was quick and easy, very smooth with quick and friendly communications with BackMarket, as I wanted to delay delivery by a few days to ensure I was home. The package arrived on the arranged date at the agreed time, with the laptop securely triple boxed with tons of padding, so in great shape. After opening the Russian Doll of two outer strong cardboard boxes, I found the original Retail Apple Box for the MacBook (with Matching Serial Numbers) and all contents present and still shrink wrapped except for the MacBook itself. Even that still had all the original Apple protectives on, and as far as I can see it was brand new and completely unmarked. A check of the MacOS battery data later showed just one (1) battery charge cycle and 100% capacity. I can't rate Back Market highly enough if you are looking for a MacBook Pro at less than half the price of current retail. Completely satisfied with the purchase and have been highly recommending Back Market to friends and colleagues. I purchased the M1 Pro MacBook Pro 16 inch, Space Grey, 500GB in excellent condition. I received the laptop in like new condition no scratches or dents to the body, the screen has no visible signs of scratches. The overall performance of this machine is amazing the battery can last 2 days without charge with simple use. This laptop can outperform most windows 10-11 systems, pretty much almost on par with the AMD Ryzen ThreadRipper (Cinebench Test) I highly recommend this product for its price, and the seller. This is the second time I’ve used Back Market and again I’m so pleased I did. The Apple MacBook Pro M1 Max arrived very quickly and is in as new condition. To my surprise, it was in its original box with a brand new power cable and what appears to be a new 140W charger. Even the Apple Stickers, black ones, were in there. So far, I’ve used the machine for Affinity Photo 2, Adobe Lightroom and Topaz Denoise Ai. Everything loaded/uploaded instantly. I also tried out Aerofly FS4 simulator and ARMA 3. Both silky smooth. It seems great for games. The screen is beautiful. However, DPD delivered to the wrong place - after saying it had been delivered. I had to drive to where it was left - leaned up against a garage door in a torrential downpour. DPD just being DPD. My heart always drops when I’m informed it’s them doing the delivery because there’s ALWAYS a problem.

Laptop came even better than described - i bout a MacBook Pro M1Pro in fair condition. Absolutely no faults at all with the Mac itself, its stunning! I didn't know what to expect & it has pleased me very well. Ill be back for future upgrades
