MacBook Pro 14-inch (2021) - Apple M1 Pro 8-core and 14-core GPU - 16GB RAM - SSD 512GB - QWERTZ - German

This is the first time I have bought a product through Backmarket - and I am more than satisfied with the whole process. I was originally planning to buy a new MacBook Air M4 because my 2019 MacBook Pro was no longer powerful enough for my needs. While researching, I actually just wanted to find out the residual value of my old device - and came across the great offer from Backmarket. To my astonishment, there were significantly more powerful devices for a similar price to the one I had planned for a new MacBook Air. I returned the first device I ordered because the screen closed slightly off-centre despite being in "Excellent" condition - this was noticeable when the display was closed. However, the return process was absolutely smooth and uncomplicated. My second purchase was a MacBook Pro M1 Max in "Very good" condition, offered by mResell - and what can I say: the device is visually flawless. For me, there is no recognisable difference to an "excellent" condition. The battery still has 86% capacity, which is at the limit, but doesn't bother me at all in everyday use. Laptop is clean and new. It did not come in the original packaging. The charging cable was unfortunately not an original Apple accessory and I notice certain limitations as a result (pointer sometimes jumps when plugged in). That's why I'll probably buy an original part separately, which means an extra €100+. Otherwise I can recommend Backmarket so far!

I'm really happy with my Mac Book Pro in "very good" condition. The Mac Book arrived the day after I ordered it in the original box and with the original charging cable, which surprised me a lot given the previous comments and the price. It only has a rather subtle scratch on the surface, otherwise I didn't notice anything visually. The battery capacity is 99%. I'm really happy about this great deal and will definitely be ordering from Back Market more often in the future! 🙃

A good Mac Book exactly as described. My only complaint is that it didn't come with an original Apple charger (didn't even expect a magsafe cable) but a very cheap feeling USB C charger, which I threw away and bought an original one. Due to the strong heat development of the power supply (approx. 60-70 degrees c with an empty mac book), I did not feel it was safe to use it. But this is only a small detail, the Mac book arrived in very good condition. And I am very satisfied.

It was my first time on this portal, so I was curious to see how the ordering and delivery process would go. My first choice was actually a 2020 MacBook Pro in 13" with 16GB RAM and 1000GB SSD and I added it to my shopping basket. However, I didn't want to make the payment straight away and a few days passed. I received an error message from Klarna during the planned purchase on account and in consultation with BackMarket I was told that I had allegedly made too many purchase attempts and that my account had therefore been blocked for security reasons. However, this was cleared up, unfortunately with the fact that the Macbook I wanted was no longer available. After another search in the shop, I decided in favour of a 14" MacBook with M1Pro chip. I was convinced by the added value in terms of connections and the even better display. All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase and the quality of the device, even though setting up the German language (the device came from Sweden) was a bit of a headache at first. However, I have now set it up according to my wishes. BackMarket please keep up the good work, also big praise to the support!

The Mac was in very good condition. 89% battery capacity is fine for me. Fast delivery and as I had a problem with the payment via Paypal, I also had contact with support. Friendly support there too. Problem has been solved.
