I'm always nervous about buying new tech. It's a big investment and the choices can be daunting to a non-geek. But my much more knowledgeable sons recommended Back Market and they were right. I'm typing this on a very elegantly refurbished MacBook Air 13 inch (2022) Midnight that looks like new. With son's help I've moved data from the old MacBook Air (2013). There's some tidying up to do as a few files are in the wrong place (and Apple have made Photos unnecessarily complicated). But the laptop is a pleasure to use and I'm enjoying the luxury of a battery that keeps charge The computer arrived quickly, well protected in an Apple box which was cleverly contained inside a scruffy old sports shoebox (so no-one ran off with it). at first of course I was skeptical, as anyone would be buying refurbished, whilst it didn't come in an official box it is in immaculate condition, I couldn't believe how amazing it looked. after powering on as well it has only had 5 charge cycles!!! i couldn't recommend this amazing service enough! very happy consumer

I was nervous at first before buying but it worked out well in the end! I got the MacBook Air in Good condition and it looks and feels almost good as new. There is just a slight chip on the bottom corner of the laptop but it does not bother me in the slightest. Definitely worth it if you want to save some money and still get top quality tech. The battery health was also 97% for me which I am more than happy with considering how much I spent. I would say this is more than Good condition. I am currently using the laptop now and it has been a wonder when doing my uni work. Thank you!!

I have used Back Market several times before so was expecting a good experience but this time they have excelled. This is a great laptop. Back Market listed the condition as 'good' but it seems to have no marks anywhere, it looks and performs like new! It was delivered within 48 hours, exactly as described in the listing and I could not be happier with it. It arrived in some innovative cardboard packaging which protected it very well and is completely recyclable. We bought it to replace an old MacBook Air and using Apple's transfer tech, we had this one up and running exactly as we wanted within a couple of hours. its hard to imagine how the whole experience could have been better!
