love it! Delivery was quicker than expected. Laptop is great condition, lightweight portable and fast. I dont need for anything fancy just emails, browsing, minimal streaming and M.soft Office functions (bought separately). Overall very pleased.

I'm a big fan of Lenovo Thinkpads and this one doesn't disappoint. It doesn't look its age, runs Win11 seamlessly dual booting with Linux Mint, no complaints.

Great service and I love the think pad. I wouldn't consider the condition to be 'excellent' - there was a lot of dirt around the keys and in the gaps, and some of the finish was scrubbed as if a sticker had been clumsily removed.

first couple of days there was a mouse glitch that i didn't understand (couldnt click on lists/drop down menus; had to use tab key and enter) but that's gone away now thankfully. otherwise great product, looks new and good battery life

There were some issues with set up as it didnt come with instructions regarding User sign in but overall very happy with my machine and in perfect condition!

As this is a Windows Laptop, I’m happy that it will work, but the condition description was not accurate. This laptop had been used reasonably heavily and the proof is in the numerous scuffs on the case, the action of the clicky-buttons and the general dirty appearance. The advert stayed “good” and this is not good. I wouldn’t even say “fair” I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect, but be more accurate - this device has been used “above average” and I’d say that the condition was “below average” It hadn’t even been cleaned. Shame on the tester for charging a £3.50 quality assurance fee. Run a cloth over it will you? My purchases from Back Market are usually a very positive experience, but this time it was not. Do better.
