The iphone 7 I ordered from back market was exactly as the description Online. It works well and looks good. Only the scratches on the charger gave me a second thought that it was used. I will buy from your company again.

Happy with iPhone 7 in perfect condition works great. Only negative would be and advisable to post better. Slightly wrapped in bubblewrap in a box moving around and getting thrown around post vans then watched postman throw in my cupboard on the ground. Thankfully screen was ok. The phone was delivered on time in good condition. Although it works well for most apps, I found it impossible to transfer data from my android phone to the Iphone 7, even with the help of a store technician. Additionally, the Iphone does not appear to install the Gmail app which caused me some frustration and wasted effort. Overall, however, I do like the phone.
