Was very unsure with buying a phone from here, I chose a refurbished phone from mazuma mobile and I was extremely happy when it arrived, I ordered the worst condition ‘Fair’ as I don’t mind the odd scratch and the phone arrived basically brand new! 100% battery health and all original. I was very skeptical about buying a phone from here but the reviews really helped out with that! I got the premium iPhone 15 pro max and it’s amazing! Not a single scratch on it although the speakers are a little dirty apart from that it’s amazing! For a good price too. The battery health is 90% and has all genuine apple parts highly recommended!!

Bought the Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max with 256Gb as a Christmas gift for my wife. It was graded as 'Excellent' and has the original battery which shows 98% health, to be honest, we can't find a thing wrong with it. She has only been using it since Christmas day (so 5 days so far) and is extremely happy with it. As for BackMarket, well I initially found the phone using the Moneysavingexpert website (search for SIM free phone) and then did some research on BackMarket (as well as the phone), they were highly recommended and I was very happy with everything I found. Ordering was simple, delivery was swift and everything went smoothly. I would have no hesitation in buying from BackMarket again.

Honestly, I couldn’t be happier. Still getting used to the typing as I moved from iPhone to Android back in 2018. Bought the SE from BackMarket last year for work which works perfectly fine, it’s just too small. This phone is excellent and the battery is amazing - I did opt for a new battery on mine anyway. Typing is a bit sticky on the iPhone 15 Pro Max but that’s apparently a thing. I had to google it. All in all, I love that I got a refurbed phone that is practically new, this makes me conscious super happy!

Ordered iPhone 15 pro max condition good, on arrival item was as good as brand new not a mark on it. Only one slight issue the previous owner has clearly been a bit naughty as the device is blocked from Snap chat. This is my third purchase from back market and all three devices have been excellent quality.
