I was a bit hesitant on buying this after seeing mix review but i decided to bite the bullet and purchase it, This is a completely honest review. First things first, I ordered this on Sunday, And it arrived on Tuesday, So basically one business day, The delivery itself went smoothly and nothing to complain about to be honest, They use DHL as the service and a solid delivery company just like anyone else, Next, I opened the package, This was packed securely, They use the standard BackMarket packaging and add an extra layer to the phone, So far 10/10 service. I unwrapped the device and it was amazing, No scratches whatsoever on the screen nor the back and it’s looked practically brand new, I set it up, Checked the battery health and it was 90%, My current 12 Pro Max has health of 92% so I couldn’t notice much of a difference, I made it go through the diagnostics tool that Apple has inbuilt and it passed every single one of them, Paid for excellent, Got excellent. The only downside is me purchasing a physical sim but got esim instead, It works the exact same and esim slots turns out to be more expensive so I guess it’s a win-win situation. If you are hesitant of buying from best4tech, this review is a completely honest and my experience with them, It can depend on the device and it is like a lucky chance but my expense with them is good and definitely would be buying in the near future.

Delivery was next day which was great, my phone also came with a case and screen protector which I was very impressed with. Phone is in excellent condition as stated, battery maximum capacity of 86%, would use again!

I’m absolutely thrilled. The phone is like new - not a mark on it. Being second hand I knew the battery health was 88%, but that’s more than enough for my use. Even with a decent amount of use, there’s still loads of charge at the end of the day.

Perfect service When you are needing a new phone this is the app/website I recommend, please don’t faff about with used phones from Facebook marketplace etc that may come with a nasty suprise such as iCloud activation locks, marked as stolen/lost or blacklist for unpaid contract, this company knows what they are doing partnering with some of the biggest phone refurbishing companies to bring the best quality and value for money phones as possible, I bought a fair example iPhone 15 pro and I was pleased to find out that it came with an almost perfect battery with 94% battery health. And with only a few micro scratches on the screen it was a perfect phone for the price. I cannot wait to purchase more devices from backmarket

I bought the iPhone 15 Pro with a new battery. I received the iPhone in perfect condition even better than I expected for “fair condition” the phone has minor scratches on the front (as expected) and it is flawless from the back! I was sceptical buying from Back Market due to some negative reviews.. but it definitely is worth it and my experience has been very good. I am very pleased and happy with my purchase 😊 the iPhone came packaged well in a box with a leaflet which had important info, a charging cable and a SIM card opener. For the price it is definitely worth it and I will consider buying from here again for sure👌🏼 saved myself time and money 😁
