I was really nervous about ordering refurbished after reading a mix of reviews but the phone is almost flawless! A couple small marks around the edge and one on the top of a camera lens (doesn’t affect pictures) but considering how much cheaper it was I’m happy with that! No scratches at all on screen or back. Batter life on 88% and also came with a screen protector. My boyfriend has used Back Market for an iPhone 13 Pro and has had the same great experience. Would use again and recommend to anyone!

Couldn’t see any awful marks other than some feathering around the camera lens which doesn’t impinge on the performance at all. Bought in fair condition. Item arrived quickly through Royal Mail. The sides and back are pretty much flawless. Had really good 89% battery health too. Few micro scratches on the screen which can be hidden with a screen protector. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy refurbished again next time. Thank you.

I paid for the good option, it was pristine! The phone arrived within 2 days and works perfectly. It could not have been a better experience to be honest. I've used a different company for some refurbished air pods and they still haven't arrived. Wish I had used back market now.
