I was a bit sceptical to purchase a refurbished phone, especially via the Internet. However, I must say it was an incredibly excellent experience. The iPhone 13 mini was delivered within two days. I paid for excellent and yes it was indeed excellent, not one scratch. And 100% battery life, I’m about to buy an iPhone 12 now from this company. Thanks a bunch!

My iPhone 13 Mini arrived very quickly with a C cable and was well packaged. There were some small scratches on the corners but these are hidden by the wallet case. The battery might have been a bit better but holds the charge very well. I haven’t yet taken enough photos to see the difference in the camera from my previous iPhone SE. Personally, I like a smaller phone which will easily fit into a small handbag or my pocket so the iPhone 13 Mini fits the bill. I prefer the green opto buy reconditioned phones and pay outright.

I hadn’t heard of black market mobiles but they had good reviews online. I ordered a refurbished IPhone mini with a satisfactory level as there was a big price difference but when my phone arrived the condition is very good. Just a bid of dirt stuck in the rubber mould of the camera. I also purchased a case so you can’t even see it anyway. Body of phone was perfect apart from such light marks that are barely noticeable and screen is mint. Had it a few weeks now and battery power perfect, camera perfect, storage perfect! There is nothing I can say that I was unhappy with. Great purchase at a fraction of the price of new 😀

Pretty happy with my new (refurbished) phone. Order a “good” version and the screen is pristine. Minor small marks on the phone body but it’ll be inside the case so that’s of no consequence. Was a little disappointed by the battery health (only 88%) which I do appreciate is still considered “healthy” but would have been good to have been a bit higher, as I’ll probably have to fork out another £85 for a battery replacement in a years time which should be factored into the overall cost. Still, delivery was speedy, despite it being December and me not paying for the extra fast delivery and overall I’m pleased with the money saved and with the environmental benefits. Well done BackMarket.

I recently purchased a refurbished phone for my partner. This is the second time I've bought him one, and I have to say that I could not recommend it more. The phone arrived within 24 hours and was exactly as the seller described it - in "excellent" condition. There was only one tiny scratch on the back, which my partner didn't even notice until I pointed it out. The phone is working perfectly, the battery is in good condition, and he is very happy with it. It's the perfect size that he was looking for.
