I was a bit nervous about buying refurbished, especially when I realised this is a platform for lots of different sellers. But I am very happy with my order I ordered excellent condition and it is pretty much impeccable, and the battery says it's 100%. It also came with glass screen protection, a sim ejector tool, two cables and a case, which I didn't know would be included. So fingers crossed......

Phone is in great condition. With a brand new battery even tho I didn’t pay extra. Quick easy delivery and payment.i won’t ever bother going on contract for a phone again, sim only and buying refurbished phones from back market is the best way to go. Great service A+++++

Great phone works perfectly fair price for good quality refurbished phones will be buying again in future all though battery life is on 86% bit disappointing but cheap and easy to replace, keep up good work

My son ordered an iPhone 12 mini for me. It arrived very promptly. It looks like new. I have had no problems. I have already recommended Back Market to two friends who were looking for reconditioned iPhones.

Cracking little phone. Easy to set up. Great camera. Love the blue colour. Minor scratches around lens where it is slightly raised but only noticeable under close scrutiny. Otherwise the " very good" condition described was accurate. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone wanting a reconditioned phone.
