The phone itself was actually better than I expected. I ordered the Good condition, and apart from a small scuff in the top-right corner, it was in excellent cosmetic condition. The display, buttons and overall performance were all great, so I was very happy with the appearance of the device. My only concern is the battery. I didn’t pay for the optional battery replacement, but the phone arrived with a non-genuine replacement battery fitted. It shows 100% health, which is appreciated, but it gets noticeably hotter than expected during normal use. As this was a birthday gift for my dad, it was a little disappointing and made us question the quality of the replacement battery. Overall, the phone itself is excellent and represents good value, but I would have preferred the original Apple battery (provided it still met the advertised minimum health) or a higher-quality replacement. If it weren’t for the battery issue, this would have been an easy 5-star review.

Phone works great, however I’d say it’s not quite “excellent” condition due to some scratches. It was awful to set the phone up as it had voice accessibility activated and wouldn’t allow me to select any options or turn it off, it took me nearly half an hour just to select country, press accessibility options and turn it off as every time I tried to select any option it would just keep repeating the option instead of selecting it.
