    Around £340 for an "excellent" condition 256 GB iPhone 11 Pro was a pretty good deal. From the outside, the phone is indeed in a great shape: no issues on the screen, barely visible signs of wear on the body. So far, everything else seems to work as well – so "technically" and optically, the phone is indeed excellent. The condition of the battery, however, is at 81%: borderline ok, given the BackMarket guarantee. It's a shame BackMarket does not require "excellent" condition phones to have a new battery, these things are not that expensive.. Also, with this particular refurbisher, there were a couple of unprofessional details. They did not care to deep-clean the phone: yellow crust in the speaker and microphone cutouts, the phone was not reset/erased to default settings, the charging cable that came with it did not work. Finally, the phone was delivered plainly in a paper box: in terms of environmental packaging, I am all on board, but some wrapping around the actual device wouldn't hurt.

    Phone is in excellent condition and I’m so pleased. Was originally sceptical of a refurbished phone but so far so good. Yes the phone was a bit dirty and the charge port was dusty but nothing a tooth pick couldn’t get rid of. All in all I’m very pleased.

    Delivered in two days as advertised. Good packaging. One minute scratch on the screen, otherwise aesthetically flawless. Battery 84%, but I had budgeted for a new battery. System cleaned and ready to go. I would definitely purchase a refurbished phone in the future.

    I have never bought a refurbished phone and I tried it and I went on to buy 3 more excellent working order I ahd good condition on 3 of them and they were very happy hardly any cosmetic marks really pleased would always go to back market 😄

    I didn’t expect the non apple parts flagged up, especially as this was an excellent rated phone. Also, the battery depletes quickly, as well as the phone getting hot to touch. The battery heat issues are the reason I’ve stopped using my iphone7 and buying this IPhone 11 Pro. I ordered my Mum an IPhone 11 at the same time, it hasn’t any of the issues mine does. I am about to start a return for replacement, which will hopefully resolve my issues.
