All good so far, what prompted me to buy was my wife purchased an I phone 12 on Backmarket which arrived on time, was described as fair but was excellent and with a 12 month warranty. It's a trust thing and I felt comfortable to repeat the process with a phone for myself albeit an android Samsung A55.....love it.

Very pleased with this phone - does everything I want it to. Arrived in good time and well packaged. However I'm not so happy with the charger - it takes forever to charge! Thought the initial charge took a long time, but it takes several hours to fully charge with more than 60% battery.

Happy with the phone but infuriatingly, Swype typing does not seem to work on it, even when you change the settings. A known bug apparently but makes it more or less unusable for me.
