My device arrived promptly but the packaging was poor the device had marks on it which I actually think happend due to the way it was packaged. I paid for premium which I think it was . But as it was just put in a cardboard box with a cardboard strap it had definitely moved around slightly scratching the device . Also the wrong charging lead had been put in the box . The devices screen was also quite covered in finger marks. Note major issues but seemed like it was just a throw it in a box and send it of kind of scenario a bit of foam a good clean and right charging lead wouldn't have taken long to sort. Device is great though
