I am really pleased with my Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC phone. It was easy to transfer data and apps from my old Xiaomi phone and the "fair" condition is fine for me. The battery performance may not meet my expectations but I should investigate battery settings in the phone to improve that.

the quality of the product was excellent - if back market didn't tell me that they only deal in refurbs, I would have assumed it was new in box. the seller was extremly helpful, and called me inorder to make sure my adress was right after their systems has some trouble - and after that, postage was prompt. The only blemish was the European plug (which they included and adapter for in the package, thanks guys) - this initialy confused me, but in the end I use a mag-safe like cable, so it didn't really matter in the end either way. On the software side, however, MIUI 12 and by extension Xiaomi's customisations have been annoying and detrimental to my daily usage. notifications are slow to arrive compared to my old nokia 7.2, a four year old phone, and niagra launcher constanly screams at me to fix it, but nothing seems to stick. in adition, the camera is worse because of HMD nokia's colaberation with Zeiss for their camera module. finally, the the phones a chunky boi - this makes itself known very well when using it in bed and other similar situations. But everything above is not a deal breaker, and over all I'm very pleased with the phone, and the seller's professionalism. Thank you!
